Could always just have simple ones made. It depends on how you want them though. There's also the possibility of requesting "leveled" maps where you layer the map, connected or not. Connecting would be awkward, but you could just request a "freeway" level that has different layouts that you just noclip to.
There aren't many realistic ones but there is a highway map in the desert in top rated maps in gmod

These look cool, are they all looped and different routes possible? I was gonna say Coldsnow too but you know you can turn around after a while. Well i'm gonna look into the ones you posted they look pretty sweet
