From what I can judge by the screenshots...
Plain & grey
empty
boring
bad outdoors lighting (and indoor in most areas)
horrible architecture (incredibly blocky with no detail or anything anywhere)
lights with no sources
extremely overexaggurated bright lights
bad texture choices indoors.
Consider improving on all of those points if you want a better looking map.
