Considering i once crashed a debit card machine in the apple store, i highly doubt you would be able to find these "glitches". Surely the trick is to find problems with seemingly stable maps.
We got the Interlopers error checker, Firegod522, the Mapping Questions megathread, and the Valve Developer Community.
