Are there any sites or something? i've been meaning to get back into mapping but I can't come up with anything to map!
I've found urban exploration sites are always good for inspiration:

You may find that a lot of the places are either a) old or b) underground - some might or might not like that.

You could always try recreating a location from your favorite movie / show. That's always fun.
