Far as I know, shit should work. (Isn't updating or compiling the map if you're wondering :P)
What setting are you compiling under?

Remove the rt from your skybox name.
Could not find lights.rad in lights.rad.

your vbsp is being cut short likley that vertex data error that hl2phobic mentioned.
try removing the offending model from the map.
