• How to use propper without EP2 ?

Hello all, I need your help because i follow the tutorial to fix Propper for SteamPipe, the tutorial of TopHATTWaffle. And in a step, we need to change the AppID of the gameinfo.txt of the mod i create to 218 (it's the appid of EP2) And with this AppID when i launch Hammer Editor of my mod, i can't see the grid. So i can't map, or see what i do in. Thanks you, but it's a bug, in the compiler i didn't see the space, and it didn't work. EDIT : A man bought me EP2 and EP1, so i will can use properly propper, thanks you for your help !
I have EP2 and EP1 and the problem is always here.
either change the commandline or the name of the exe if it isnt right
The commandline and the name of the .exe is right.
The problem is not EP2, or EP1, the problem is the hammer grid, when i launch the mod with Source SDK, i didn't see the grid.

If you need to use hammer, launch the Hammer from the bin directory of the game you're mapping for.

You don't need to create a mod to use propper, I don't know why they want you to do that. But in all seriousness, you should learn how to model properly with a real modelling program. Propper is just an excuse to not learn how to do it and makes crap models.
.. It's not to make models, it's because my map is too huge, and she reach the brush limits, so i need to convert these into props. But my problem is solved.

I make a mod, and i compile the map with it, but i can't see the grid. So to make a propper_model, i go on the HL2 hammer editor, and to compile i use the mod hammer editor.
