I scewed up my hammer toolbox positions - Help pls!

So today for some reason the toolboxes in hammer got ruined. How do i reset the positions to default like shown in the picture below?

I reset source sdk preferences but it didnt fix it

please help i cant map now

Tools, General, make sure "use independent window configurations" is unchecked.
