When I try to use BspZip to extract files from a BSP, I get the following error:
SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf, 0x0018DB5C) failed with error 1: failed create pipe: 6, win32 error 6 "The Handle is invalid."
When I use the BzipGUI, I get the error:
The file bspzip.exe or the path to the bspzip.exe file might be invalid.
I can't seem to find a fix for this on google, so I'm asking for help.
I've restarted steam. I've ran it in Administrator mode. Nothing works. I can do anything else pretty fine like running games. I used to get this error when compiling maps, but fixed it by deleting my Sourcesdk folder. I've restarted my computer as well.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit, any help greatly appreciated.
Try using pakrat.

That's starting to look like your answer to everything.
I was using pakrat before atemtping to get Bzip to work, but it doesn't seem to "Mass Extract." Which is the reason for me trying to get BspZip to work.
Use VIDE's Pakfile Lump Editor.
After loading a BSP, click "Extract" under Pakfile Options.
This worked. Thank you so much good sir.
