3 first pictures have blocklight in them, but they dont work properly.
ANY way to fix this?

Have you done something silly like tie the brush to a dynamic entity (one that can potentially move)?
It looks like it are doors, so i guess so..

Blocklight texture won't work correctly on them. Think about it, you're using static lights, which produce precompiled lighting, hence the lighting isn't going to change. You need to use dynamic lights around your doors if you want proper dynamic shadows. Unfortunately if you use a lot of them it will start to eat into your fps.
Well, so you mean.. when the door is open the dynamic lights turn on.. when closed the lights turn off?

No, if you use a dynamic light pointing at the door, the shadows it casts will be dynamic, so when the door is closed it will cast a shadow and when it's open it won't.
