cannot sew displacement

it wont sew or else my cave will stand out

You can only sew displacements to other displacements of the same size and power

Do both of those brushes line up?
Also it looks like you need to seal that displacement.

Maybe because you can't sew displacements to brush faces. Turn the face You want to sew into a displacement. Select both displacements and sew, then destroy the face you just made into a displacement.

Actually displacements can sew to half their orignal size and don't need to be the same power.
