Setup file "gameinfo.txt' doesn't exist subdirectory 'f:\steam\steamapps\common\portal2\portal2'. Check your -game parameter or VCONFIG setting

I Checked all over the internet for Answers.
I reinstalled the authoring Tools.
I verified Portal and the authoring tools Over and over.

And When I try to run Hammer Setup file "gameinfo.txt' doesn't exist subdirectory 'f:\steam\steamapps\common\portal2\portal2'. Check your -game parameter or VCONFIG setting.
It was working before.

I'm Running Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

And Steam is running of a USB HDD f:\steam\steamapps\common\portal2\portal2

Any help?

Have you run the game first before trying to run the sdk?

And reset game configs.
