A lot of the rooms/areas are blocky and have repetitive textures. Also, I don't see anything for optimization.

few tips:
-Just for future reference, put youtube videos in media tags, which are these: [media ] [ /media] minus the spaces. Just stick the URL between the two brackets in the middle.

-Get ingame screenshots/videos, not Hammer, please.
-You really have to add more. In all honesty if this is ur first map, or even if it isn't, its a very good start, but especially that first room needs a lot more details.
-Don't put "light"s under the lighting models; that'll result in an ugly, unreal glow around the light on the ceiling. For most lights, ur gonna want a light_spot or point_spotlight facing down, possibly with a dimmed light half way between the floor and ceiling; this will make it look like the light's actually coming from the lighting fixture.
-IMO, those textures are fugly, and some repeat a lot.

Oh, and yeah, optimize. Put nodraw on all the faces the player will never see, among other things.
You can use wegame, free and easy to use, to make an ingame video. But other than that it looks decent.
Least fitting music ever.
The map is okay I guess. Kind of reminds me of the opening of HL1 (if only because of that monorail track).
pretty nice for a first map
needs lighting and better textures in some places, its a really good map though

Well I can't see it but you may be right. Well, if he did he's more knowledgeable than I was when I made my first map.

When I first saw the first a part of it I was like GREAT another one of these kind of maps.
But as you went deeper and deeper into the map it was generally ok. I would suggest making a video actually in game with lighting though...
Also looking at the grid, you used carve... Don't use carve... it is major fail.

No offence, But this is far too blocky. Try making arches etc and it could look a bit better.
