Well I finally got around to finishing off the first gm_urbex. This one takes place at Waylan Regional Treatment Center. An old loony bin since abandoned and left to the elements. This map only has 1 light, the environment. It is being released for comic and movie makers as well as ragdoll posers. It is a fun little map to explore. Works best with HDR enabled. Well have fun.
There may be a few bugs but I couldn't find any.

A lot of people have been saying that, haven't played cod4 myself yet though. However the blocky architecture is similar I guess.

Great work! I like various abandoned places :)
Why not follow it up with a night version? I'm interested to see how Ep.2 fog affects a nighttime environment and it would definitely make the place more spooky.

Maybe you could turn this in to a Role-play map.
The trees are a bit repetitive, but good job on capturing the ep2 look

It's a mildly competent detail map and a sub par building / screwing around.
It's not really useful at all but it looks ok.

I still think it's good enough on its own for smaller RPs. What else do you need, prop shops and police departments?
