From now on, they will be packed in [b]mp3 format only[/b], that is, because .wav takes so much space. (3 minutes is 50-60mb) Also, it takes forever to upload :P

Good stuff actually, but how are you a disc jockey when you are creating music?
I make real music, not just for source and then mix it when im at parties.

I really like these, though I'm not too fond of the fourth one. I think you've nailed the "feel" of the HL2 soundtrack perfectly.

I like you stuff, it reminds me of Half Life 2. Might use some of them in a map (in the future).
The new song sounds a bit too dancey to fit into Half Life 2. At first it seemed like a fairly serene and contemplative track, such as can be heard in some of the more run-down areas of HL2, but the wierd addition of upbeat techno ruined that.
Most of the HL2 songs are either slightly reverent, serene, or a bit melancholy, or very loud and fast pieces for action scenes. Due to the way Valve paced the game, there is always a clear divide between these two moods. Because of that, your odd hodge-podge of the two different moods doesn't really fit HL2. It needs to be either one or the other, is what I'm saying.
That said, the shorter ambience pieces are great, and would definitely fit into some of the darker moments of the game.

If I could ask, where'd you learn to mix and what do you use? It's something I've been interested in doing as a hobby.
I use FL Studio 9 xxl Producer Edition, Im just experienced with the months I have spent using it :)
P.S Its really easy to use, I recommend getting ReFx Nexus 2 as an addition since you almost cant go anywhere without it ;)
