Hello, guys. I have an issue with displacement SEAM of texture. Please help me figured it out.

You had the entirety of the brush selected when you created the displacement I'm guessing. You need to destroy the faces that are directly under your black seams and "inside" the cliff.
Select those faces in the texture dialog menu and then press Destroy and you're done. In the future though, you should only create displacements out of the faces you need, not the entirety of every brush.

When i do "destroy" my displacement becomes "square" and this is really ugly
You should watch some displacement tutorials then, like this one is a good start:

Rebuild your understanding of how to work with displacements, you're likely making errors (not matching up vertexes, not using subdivide, etc) or still selecting the entirety of the brush when destroying displacements. If this tutorial doesn't work, there's a lot more lying around.

OKay, big thanks, bro. I have one more thing to say: Today I tried to copy displacements from other maps(not making by me) to my, and then compile the same result - UGLY SEAM, but on other maps not compiled by me, the same things look perfect and seamless. Is this important...i think my displacement making correctly...Is there any other solutions, brother?

PLEASE don't delete your displacements. this happens when you do -fast vrad. the issue will be gone when you do a full compile/
