Are npc's bad to put in a map?

Whatsup!
Was going to put 3 zombie npc's in my TTT map. Im using CSS hammer. Would that have an effect on download speed, fps, etc etc?

Use point_template and spawn them when you need to., but keep in mind if they don't have the correct addon (if you're using snpcs) then it won't work.
