• Displacements don't have physics collisions

Even though I don't have the "No Physics Collision" option checked in the settings, my displacements are ignoring collisions. The player and NPCs can walk on them, but everything else falls through. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

Use -novirtualmesh or compile with OB hammer.
