How do you add costum textures ?

Yeah I know this has been asked some times but I ask again, how do you add costum texture s?

Put the .vmt and .vmf in:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOUR STEAM NAME HERE\garrysmod\garrysmod\materials
