PackBSP error: Could not parse the data within client registry blob

So I am attempting to pack a single sound file into a map for use in a server, so I downloaded PackBSP. However when trying my first setup, this occurs:

I'm downright dumbfounded what to do here. I am using the latest (2011 edition) of PackBSP. Does anyone know what's going on?

The Steampipe update broke it, and as far is I know the original creator has dropped off the face of the earth, so it hasn't been updated.

I recommend using the pakfile lump editor in [URL="http://www.riintouge.com/VIDE/"]VIDE[/URL] as a replacement.
