Any nice modern house interior pack? I can't find anything so ill just ask here.

If you already have L4D, you could try going to Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/left 4 dead/left 4 dead and opening pak01_dir.vpk with GCFScape to get some of L4D's models and materials. I would suggest getting the models from the props_interiors folder that's in the gcf file. They have some great furniture props.
This is dumb, but have you tried any of the Sims' model packs?
