Doors are being carried over from the previous level during level transition

I cant seem to figgure out how to do a clean level transition.
Doors are beeing carried over from the previous level.
I tried adding a trigger to kill the door on the new map, but then if I return to the previous map the door is missing where it is suppose to be.
Any good solution for this?

There is a trigger transition needed.
Had the same problem. Care to elaborate on what to do to make sure nothing gets carried over?
Well im not sure exactly how it works. But make a trigger transition brush on each level around the change point. Name it with the same name as that little obelisk entity i forgot the name of.
this should limit the stuff to get transferred to the stuff inside the transition brush, I guess. I worked for me after some moving around the transition brush.
if this is happening in gmod, then it's a problem with how gmod handels doors as they get duplicated in saves
