[U][I][B]GM_Brownout[/B][/I][/U]
My map Brownout at its best so far. I've added a lot since the older versions. I am still working on it, but probably not for a while. I put a lot of effort into this. Also, I had to get rid of the dust particles, they were maxing out the particle count.

[B]What has been added:[/B]
-A larger desert area, making it about 4x bigger than before.
-A new skybox (mainly to fit the new landscape) and a new skybox texture.
-Three versions of the map: foggy (dusty), non-foggy (non-dusty), and night.
-A new bunker! Many people wanted a bunker back, so I made a new & improved bunker!
-Includes: A elevator going deep into the ground, a few rooms & hallways, lockable/unlockable airlocks (on the top & bottom), a small lab area.
-Fixed a few light issues, still a lot I cant fix.
-Nodes! Now npcs are more tactical.
[B]Bugs & Problems:[/B]
-A few lighting/shadow issues.
-Fog on daytime not matching skybox texture (not much of a problem to some people).
-Not many cubemaps, some cubemap reflections may not represent that area.
-Soundscapes not completely working correctly, but may not be too noticeable.
-Node-work on the sand is kind of spaced a part, npcs may take drastic courses to reach their destinations.

Your displacements are casting shadows over each other.

Yeah, I tried everything to fix it, nothing works for me.
Looks boxy, try to add more detail. I'd also recommend replacing the sprites in the 2nd pic with point_spotlights
Also on the displacement problem:

I've smoothed edges and all of that since the older versions, and people still think its boxy... I don't know what else to do. I know adding props and stuff on walls can help, but I can't really find anything practical to add.
The point_spotlights don't exactly look too good on those lights for some reason.
Also, I don't understand what you're saying about the displacement problem, I've already deleted all sides of the brush (displacement) besides the top.
Thanks for your tips though. Now that I have a better frame of my map, I can now focus on the nook and crannies of the map.

in "The base" pictures, why not add ep2's particles in front of the light?
(The particle that you can see where/when you must put the Gnome into the rocket)

Took this in-game and thought it was cool, the metro cop just walked up to the door after the fight was over and looked to the horizon. Nice map, love the base.
