Hey, I've converted l4d textures from vpk to vtf/vmt and models as well. the models show up fine but every texture is black and purple 'not found' textures. Why and how can I fix this?
Did you put the textures in the right place?
Downgraded the format? L4D uses VTF version 7.4. CS:S doesn't support past 7.2.
If using VTFEdit, have it convert to TGA, then back to VTF.
