I don't know what is causing this; I can't find any threads relating to this, or any info on this problem.
I'm running windows 7 and am on the Source '09 engine, any info would be appreciated.

Go to each of them and run them.

I think you'll have to enter a password or allow yourself access. If you get the option, tick something like "remember this choice".

It should then work.
