When I click new it says something like "editor/wireframe missing configure your hammer." (Basically what it said.) Then clicking okay on that exact message 3 times:

I read the message. It said nothing about the engine, so don't think I'm too fucking stupid to read. Anyway, if it is the wrong engine, how do I fix that? I click Source SDK: 2006 : Counter Strike: Source.

On the source SDK menu there is a button called "reset game configs". Click that. Then, change the engine version to 2009, and lo and behold, fucking css is on the fucking list and it should fucking work.
