I was googling my compile error in interlopers.net. It said that this error: hashvec: point outside valid range, cause my compiling to fail. The solution was "If the problem-checker in Hammer (alt+p) doesn't find any offending brush(es), and you can't see brushes near the edge of the grid, you should use the cordon tools or visgroups to find them." Alt+P does NOT work, and says hammer did not find any errors. So.... how can i fix hashvec: point outside valid range?
The error means you have a brush outside the grid. Is the map some sort of huge terrain? If so, try keeping those brushes 512 units away from the edge of the grid.

Thanks though[/QUOTE] I've never tried 300 units away from the grid, but if the skybox is the one that's really near the edge, I'd consider moving it farther away, otherwise you'll continue having this error.
Generally keeping 512 -> 1024 units from the grid solves that problem.
