I doubt there is one that is being used. /r/gmod is pretty much dead other than new people posting screenshots. If you made these or make one I can help moderate if you want, I mod and designed a few other subreddits.
I doubt many people will use Reddit for map-related stuff.
Reddit could possibly be the last place I'd go for mapping related stuff.
