About a year ago Facepunch user Orangebutter, released a couple of .vmf's because he said he had no time to map. (or something like that) Anyways, after playing a lot of Trouble in Terrorist town game mode with Teh_Cheese, I got inspired to create a level. And that's where I remember, about Orangebutters' unfinished maps. After really giving it some hard work, Layout altered, new buildings, changed textures etc. I decided to release it, to the world! Neat map, saw it on garrysmod.org front page. Played it on TTT, ran fine with about 16 people.

My only complaint is the stretched skybox. Otherwise, looks good!
The fog is too strong, and could be a better color.
It looks as boring as I imagine a scrapyard full of containers.
I read the title as shattycheese. I personally don't play TTT, but it looks like it could be a good counterstrike map.
Fog helps with optimization, I removed it one time, map ran horrible. Firegod, about a year ago, I tried this map with some friends, it's quite a fun css map, and surprisingly the map is well balanced.

Graffiti decal in the first picture is on the wall and on the ground. Other than that, nice map.
thanks, yeah it seems to be an issue with source games, not the first time it's happened. layout pic: [img]http://www.cubeupload.com/files/8f2e08tttshantycheese0000.jpg[/img] It may look a bit like a maze, but the layout is pretty simple, almost like a donut, but it has diffrent "vains" branching out for taking out innocents. along with enter-able buildings.
Fog wouldn't do shit for optimization on a small map though. For visuals I would recommend dust clouds instead, but not as dense as this.

Fog does do something because on lower end graphics cards the game has more fog. So it does something, though I'm not sure what.
