This is just a build map that ive been working on for a bit and had a bit of fun making it. Its strictly a gmod building map with a lot of build areas around it with some extras included.I just wanted to get some feedback so im not just another person that uploads a file that is pointless.

Very block, shit textured map. No offence.
If this is your first map i recommend not releasing it and practicing or detail and things more before releasing a map.
Looks nice, pretty minimalist.
Although some of the textures don't really fit the style - the brick in the hangars, and I think I see some grass on the floor.
We don't need anymore building maps.
Isn't there already a map that uses the exact same name?
Oddly enough the images on gmod look better than the ones here.
The ones here have overly green environment lighting, and everything is made from a cube.

We're kinda running out of generic map names, some mappers have resorted to using their mother/foreign languages to name maps.
For an early map, this seems pretty good from the screenshots. Simple, but that isn't a bad thing. I'll be glad to let you know more once I actually get to play with it a bit.

Now that I've played it I can be much more thorough. Textures need some work. There are some rough texture transitions, especially in the hangers, which didn't make sense. The tower in the center, the upper portion especially, needs some work. Railings go a long ways. One of the most important things however is the building proportions to players, some of the buildings seemed drastically oversized. Also your lighting was nonsensical (light emitting from walls, apparently whatever planet this is on has 3 suns, etc).
It's certainly a good start, but it does need quite some work.
If your map has build, grass, flat, water or any combination of them in the name it's probably no good.
Just a heads up.

Here's a question to ask yourself; how is this different from just going into gm_construct and why should we care?

Looks pretty good to me. Anyway it made front page somehow.
Facepunch may disagree with it but with 5.7k downloads in 14 days gmod.org likes it. :D
But yea build maps are too far and few for a unique one that isn't just like construct or flatgrass.
Hey OP if you are still viewing the thread, you should really put AI nodes into the next version. Looks very good for a few AI battles on the bridge.
