So I went to try to make a quick map for a video, and my hammer looked like this:

I checked all the settings I knew of pertaining to the grid, everything said it should be there. Any ideas?
Reset Game Configurations and use Source 2009 engine.

Haha, Dang I dident think people were still getting this bug, you would think everyone would have already known about SDK 09, well I some people dont chronically map :V
