Looks pretty nice. The screenshots are very grainy though.

Yeah, fixed the grainy sand. Tis just the pictures are slightly old :P

Just two things I can see that need improvement from playing. 1 is that the long walk on top of the ruins needs to have the entrance above ground. [url=http://halowiki.net/images/6/6c/Sandtrap_blueMP.jpg]Linked for size.[/url] on the top left. and 2 is a really big problem. The sky box isn't there! But other then that, great map!

Hmm. I have a bad feeling about this, will check to see if I remembered to pakrat the skybox textures. If not, will upload them in a bit!

Love the map dude! Lol when I looked at the pics though, I thought you added an assload of grain. It sort of looks eye-raping, but it is nice! That would be cool if you converted the grav-lift models and make a trigger_push. That would be cool.

and by the way, it looks good in gmod, except the base terrain texture needs a custom wrap and skin, i wouldnt mind doin it, if someone gets me the bsp.

Don't you mean the Vmf? Unless you plan to decompile it, which would probably ruin it.
Hmm, for some reason, I get some purple checkered gloss on many of my models (v_ and w_models). It's happened before, but it happens on this map as well.

Each map I do usually takes about 50+ hours to make. Apart from Alpinestruct, which I think took me about 12 hours over 3 days :P
So basically, I take bloody ages on every map (Often more than I want to) >.<
50 hours seems reasonable for a map. Most complete nubbins that make threads about their crappy, blocky, fullbright maps boast about how it only took them 2 hours.

And another thing, I'm quite worried about the downloads. 500 downloaded, 200 downloaded the fixed skybox. Hope I don't get messages about the skybox being broken :v:
They are blinded by the awesome brushwork.

however it is still somewhat grainy, but awesome map. awesome.
