Where can i download fgd of gmod?

hi there, im not so beginner but my fgd file is "broken" or something... when i load it , my hammer crashes, could some body tellme WTF happend? xD

When i say "it's broken" i mean that when i load it, my hammer open a window with a empty message, and it stop working. and my "XD" it's nothing rare.. it's like guy smiling. and sorry if my English grammar is not perfect
