I am making a tactical sniper gamemode where you have a buddy and you have to get the most kills in a 10 minute round. Since this gamemode deals with snipers I require a map that is about at least 5sq miles and plenty of trees and shrubs that enemies could easily hide and lots of hills.

Just like the above picture except large as i said above 5sq miles would be nice but i could deal with 3sq

I might be able to donate $5-10 USD through paypal depending on the quality of the map but either way you will be credited!

Also the Source grid has a maximum size of approximately half a mile wide on X,Y and Z.
aww... ok
Half a mile is still really fucking huge though.

And sniping is still very possible.
Yeah, you've got perhaps 660 metres squared, after that source stops rendering. Hardcoded limit as far as I can tell.

Hardcoded, yes. Absolutely nothing anyone can do about it except Valve, and even they cannot adjust it without a ton of extra work.
unless they have a license to the source engine like garry does.
If it's for a custom gamemode, just shrink the player down. It gives the illusion of a larger map.

Yeah but then you'd loads more work dealing with shrinking props and whatnot.

Scale the props with Lua too.
