Hello , I want to make a big sign texture and put it in the SDK but I made the texture but it not showing inside the game...
I just made a sign in photoshop and turn it to the format , any ideas?
Post the .vmt.

You should have a vtf and vmt.

Change "GameXshelet"
to LightMappedGeneric
You just changed the shader to something that doesn't exist.
and for basetexture you need to make sure gamexsign is in "game\game\materials\my\" folder
