Hey guys, i've tried multiple times over the past few weeks to try and create something similar to this;

With no success. I plan on making a series in Source Filmmaker based on Star Wars, I have motion capture and everything set up, I just require a map. I apologize if this has been a repeated request, and i'd love it if someone would be so kind as to help me with this. Thanks in advance!

I should probably note that the map doesn't have to be an exact replica, and definitely not as grandoise as the one in the video.
I once made a room of the Jedi temple based off of Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, haha.
Anyway, when requesting you want to be really specific. What you've wrote is very very vague. Exactly how large are we talking about? How detailed? Which parts? Surely you do not want the ENTIRE Jedi Temple. Etc.

Yeah, I probably should have been more specific!
What I want is the main hall of a Jedi Temple, which includes pillars and staircases. I actually found a perfect picture for what i'm looking for!

Hm I might try something. You probably wont get anything "really" good unless you offer payment in some manner. I personally don't take money most of the time, but other users here will. Find out if anyone is interested first though.

Thanks! I managed to create something resembling a Jedi Temple, I suppose my main problem is finding textures. I have a HUGE Star Wars texture pack, but nothing really fits the Jedi Temple style.

Well, as VIOLATION pointed out, if you put some money on the table, someone will get it done :)
I was a level designer on the now defunct Star Wars The New Era Source mod. One of the things I was working on was a map based on the Jedi Temple. It didn't get very far, but I have some WIP screenshots, if anyone is interested in finishing it or something.

This map ended up becoming a problem for us because it didn't turn out well gameplay-wise... we wanted to make it true to the source material as far as scale goes, but that didn't work very well with the gameplay. Would have worked well for a Battlefield game, but not for the game we were making, where this map was much larger in scale than the other levels.
We were actually going to give out all of our assets, levels, etc to the community when this mod died. It was the main topic of discussion during our final team meeting, but unfortunately after that, nobody had any drive to put everything together to release. And so it has sat for the last 8 months on my hard drive. We also have WIPs as well as art assets for the following locations:
Jabba's Palace
Mos Eisely
Theed Palace
Theed City
Tantive IV
Dagobah
Death Star
Cloud City
Klegger Mining Facility/Mustafar
Endor
If people are interested enough in a dump of all of our content I could talk with the team to get permission (it has been 8 months since we last discussed this), and then make a release.

That would be a wet mapping dream come true for me (and probably others) and probably get me back into mapping and having inspiring ideas again because hey, It's Star Wars, and there's so much things to be made into maps

Yes Gmod could use more Star Wars maps. Release them!

Haha, oh Invision Games. That place is a dump now. The Biohazard project was the only thing still kicking around there and I'm pretty sure we moved out of Invision Games now.

I would love it if you would release it! I really want to make a Archorhead and/or Mois Eisely Map in TF2 or Counterstrike.
+1 in Request here as well. The Jedi Temple looks damn awesome. I wish I could play around with it in Hammer and maybe finish it.
