What is your setup?
did you happen to make two objects parented to each other? I once had my map crash when I tried to open double doors because I thought parenting both objects to each other was a good idea. It wasn't...
i thinkit has to be a light_dynamic instead of a regular light entity.
Yah I do have light dynamic... My setup is horrid but no excuse to fail since i got a 900 mhz pc to run Garrys Mod without much trouble. 2.4 ghz intel pentimum 4 512 mb ddr1 ram nvidia geforce 6200, and I do beleive I did parent two objects together but I think that may of been neccessary, or is that an automatic crash?
But yeah, you're using a very old computer with 512MB DDR1 RAM and a GEFORCE 6200 so I cannot begin to comprehend how goddamn ugly everything looks. I have heavy doubts your setup could begin to calculate physics for around 2 seconds before crashing in any map.
OP you need a new comp because the current one you have is a giant pile of shit

I do that all the time without any kind of problem with double doors.
Yay trolls! I told you my pc is shit and no, graphics are all on medium, and i only get lagged when there are about 15 or more npcs on the map. CAn someone please help me fix my problem?
There are no trolls in this thread, you have a bad PC...

Get a new computer and put your old one out of its misery. Please.

When I said setup I mean what you had going on. As in, what entities did you use, and what exactly you are doing.

Here just read this http://halfwit-2.com/?page=tutorials&id=185

You should just get a new PC anyway so you can play more modern games.
Get a new computer and put your old one out of its misery. Please.
Get a new computer, use the old one as a file-server. But in the event that money is the problem (which is actually EVERY scenario in life), i don't think he can throw any cash into a new computer right now. A hanging light should be a light-bulb model hanging from a ceiling, attatch the top most point of the wire to the ceiling with a ballsocket, and then parent a light_dynamic to the bulb-end. If this is what you did, then just put a light near the bulb and no lighting is affected by the swinging light, stupid, but it's the best for your computer.
Really? I do that all the time without any kind of problem with double doors.
Maybe I didn't explain myself properly: Door1 parented to Door2 Door2 parented to Door1 When you try and open Door1, they must both follow each other, but they physically can't, so the game crashes.

I was thinking about slaves. I haven't opened Hammer in a week. My bad.

That rig might be able to run gmod, but it can also be the possible cause of the crash, especially the amount of ram. Start argue about it, and you make yourself to look like an idiot.
