So i was making a little map in Alien swam to see how it differs from Regular mapping, and made a little walk way to see if i could get it to work nicely. It didn't.
Before i get into the Nitty Gritty, I would like to make some important points.
1. I do have a brush around the map with the correct name, sealing it in.
2. There are the right number of spawns.
3. It is saved in the Steamapps\common\Alien Swam\Swarm\Maps directory. I tried some other directories to no avail.
4. I know how to use Hammer, I have been mapping for a Year now, Doing work for a community and other such stuff.
5. There are no compilation errors.
So now back to the subject.
When i start up Alien Storm, Type in the console "Map (Mapname'ere)" it does load sufficiently. But once it starts, it looks like This:

As you can see, The hud shows that everyone is dead, and my camera is on the ground where my starting position is. I can move my camera around, but i cannot move. I also do not get to choose my Character or Loadout.

If anyone could offer any help or advice, I would be very Greatful.
(The title is badly spelled, I know. I must be drunk....)
Why can i not edit the title? Honestly. I don't know how i screwed it up, But changing it in Advanced Edit does not help anything...
In the compile window are you on advanced and on full HDR?

Would it help if it was? Or would it just make it worse.
I think a bigger problem than your map error is your title error.

I agree, I have no idea how i screwed it up so badly.. I wish i could edit it, because it is currently giving the impression that i am a Dyslexic 6 year old.

I tried this, It did bugger all. Maybe it looks better, but i cannot see beyond the floor in my face.
Any thing else that might help this bug?
