So many SDK problems it needs a sub-forum - Developers

I have been experiencing these problems since the May 2010 update. - SDK does not let me select Half-life 2 ep2 or Portal from the 2009 drop down box. --- I really have no idea what that is about, but I can't do shit because of it. - SDK's faceposer is broken although I can still run it from the ep1 bin folder. --- Leads to inability of being able to rebuild to scenes image, so no added vcds. - HLMV is broken. Does anyone else have these problems? Also does anyone have fixes? IIRC you have to add Ep 2 in manually. Can't remember exactly how, but it's not too hard.

There are 2 question megathreads. Try deleting your clientregistry.blob and see if that fixes the errors for 2009. The numbers are issues with ati cards. Open up catalyst and force AA on for hammer.

Source 2009 doesn't support Modding yet. Use 2007

I need faceposer. [editline]8th December 2010[/editline] Top, Side and Front hammer view ports are broken. -Also the selection box seen around models and brushes is black. --Can only see models in right and side view ports, and nothing in the top (when loading an exsisting vmf)

With the text thing it might be that you are using an ATI card, the only time I've heard of that was when there was a problem with ATI drivers. Than might be your problem.
