Hammer editor error when loading

This is the error I'm getting:

I've searched all over a solution, how ever my searches have not resulted with any good outcomes.
Things I've tried:
-Uninstalling / reinstalling all of the SDKs
-Looking for the file (Could not find it)
-Re-installing CS:S

If any of you have an idea as to whats wrong, please help or contact me on steam.

Looks like you are using the Source SDK which by now is useless. Use the tools under ...\common\Counter-Strike Soure\bin instead. Make sure you set the VProject. A tut how to do that is mentioned [url=http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1282450&p=41237279&viewfull=1#post41237279]here.[/url]
