Help finding an old gmod map?

I've been trying to find a map from a long time ago. Problem is I don't remember the name exactly but it wasn't properly named, like names in numbers or something and for all I know it's lost to time. Basically when I first started gmod it was one of the first maps I downloaded. It was a new map at the time dating somewhere between 2007-2008 on garrysmod.org

The map was just a warehouse next to a train track that went into a tunnel. The only other thing in the map was a small body of water and a dock.

The interior of the warehouse was an empty concrete room and two small rooms with checker tile floor. the second floor had another checkered room and a white bathroom.

I'm not sure if the map still even exists anywhere due to it's age but if anyone could help in anyway thanks for the effort

Your description reminds me of the main area in gm_mobenix_v3, looks similar but it doesn't have a body of water.
