I've been working on a large underground map (takes up pretty much all the hammer grid)
Not really sure what game mode it would suit if any, it's just a project.
The lighting in the pictures won't be as bright in the final, it's just to show some of the geometry.
I wanted to use prop_scalable with some of the stalactite props from EP2, but found to my disappointment that it only works on non-solid models :/

Looks pretty nice, you may have a palette. :)
Have you considered using prop_scalable for the stalactites after all, and then mimicking their collision boxes with invisible brushes?
The problem is that prop_scalable only works with models that don't have collision models or physics i think, so I would probably have to recompile the models that I wanted :(
