There's a couple I use:
City ruins
TTT_Urban_Ruins
and
rp_city8_district9 is a run down slum-shanty style map, but also features broken walls and crumbling buildings etc, albeit smaller ones than those in the other maps.
All three of those are on the Steam Workshop for Garry's mod. If I find some more I'll post them here for you.
