Depends entirely on what you want. The easiest way to get an estimate and show people you are serious about your offer is to give as detailed a description as possible about the map you want.

So, you want a unique darkrp map that is a clone of downtown. Why not aspire for something niche. Imagine a utopian city, white marble, tall panes of glass. There are no cars here, trams handle mass transport, whilst a nearby airport deals with further travel. The streets are pedestiranised, shops line the sides. Or maybe swing the other way, a floating city built on the ruins of a past civilisation, towns built between towering skyscrapers, a survivalist city built from scraps and junk. If you want to be more appealing, try something new.

I won't take up the offer regardless of any amount, but I think you could get some more interest if you post maybe a few pictures of what you're expecting from existing maps. I am still confused as to the theme and such. What I suggest is firstly, create a list of the features you want have in the map. Second, create a sky view sketch of the layout or something similar( with ms paint or photoshop or whatever) and then finally you can receive a quote as we will know what you want.
