"Failed to load the default scheme file"

So when I run Hammer from Source SDK I get this error message "Failed to load the default scheme file. The map views may be missing some visual elements." The game I want to mod is Garrys Mod. Anyone know how to fix this error?

You need to run Hammer from the game's [i]bin[/i] folder. I use the one located in [i]mysteamlibrary/SteamApps/common/Half-Life 2/bin[/i] and choose the Episode Two configuration.

Okay, but when I open hammer from the gmod bin folder, gmod is not listed in it.
