Also I can't find any glass model that fits the door.... Can't I make it out of a brush?

- I cheated... I just went on the de_bank map from CSGO and copy and pasted the windows from that map and then tied it to my doors.
Easy maps, Easy life.

Make 2 func_breakables roughly the size of the window area of both doors and parent each one to one of the prop_door_rotatings. An example of this can be found in de_bank.

I tired in everyway possible and had no luck everytime.
I just took the func_breakables and set it to ignore all damage that is below 10000000.... So It's basically a brush. :)

You can just put Health 0. It will make the brush not breakable by anything.
