[editline]wow you really quoted me nice work![/editline] You can optimize the brushes above the frames instead of cutting it so much like I did in the photo.

Threads like this make me want to map my town but I have no idea what I'm doing lmao
The best way is to take a reference picture of the building you want to build then looking at the picture look for something to help with scale ie in the 1st picture you could use the blue bin, place a similar prop model in the level and then like how Firegod522 did with the red line break up the picture into brush sections then block out the building using the prop as a guide to scale then just adjusting the brushes when you come to texture them :)
