Make an arch in 360, select solids and delete portions of it until desired

use the arch tool to make the curve make the angle 22 degrees then once you have the curve click on it until the handles become the one's with the square in the middle so you can move the bottom edge to an angle you want

Or just make it a model if you want it so small.

or create a sphere and cut the top and bottom and slice it ?

If you need it to be brush-based, use surf maps as a reference, they have similar shapes.
