Looking to pay for a custom map

I'm looking to pay for a custom map to be made for my Prop Hunt server. Not sure how much to offer but I would like to see what people ask for going off what I'm looking for.

[B]Map Needs:[/B]
-Enough spawn points for full 40 slot game
-Must use only cs:s textures or have everything included in the bsp (not sure if that is possible or not) (looking for Max compatibility for users joining)
-No props that are too small. (At least not ones that you can turn into)

Looking for some similar to assault or inferno, looking for something with fun hiding spots available (but obviously ones accessible to hunters)

My server has double jump enabled for everyone so keep that in mind also.

I don't have something exact in mind just that I would like something unique/custom.

Feel free to ask me anything or just let me know how much you would like, time frame, etc..

Bit high for what I can do currently but do you have any previous maps I could look at to keep you in mind?

Well good mappers may charge you per hour of work. Some can make simple maps for free. I can make you a custom beautiful map for only $100 ;)

I would go with that $100 offer, if I had the time to do it I would've charged a lot more. So would others. Maps take a LOT of time to make and even more with custom textures.
