Been a while since I've come here, but here is my attempt to get into the next CSGO Operation map pack. Map still needs a bit of work but so far everybody seems to like it, even a lot of the 1.6 dinosaurs. I am for the most part trying to improve upon the wheel, enabling higher levels of competitive play and a more joyful less rigid time inside public servers. I want to expand upon what a 'balanced' cs map is. The rotation timings are just like Dust2, so you should feel nostalgic and fuzzy warm. Can you guys provide me with some constructive feedback and tell me what you like s’il vous plaît? (It means please) De_Vandal Workshop Please subscribe, like, and favourite this. There is a small anti-change contingency force out to kill me for trying something new. It would also help me gain Valve's attention and get this sucker into the next Operation which should enable me to purchase a large yoga ball to replace my computer chair with. I have always really liked this community, I actually waited to present my map here because I think you guys are smarter when it comes to observing a map. I hope you can help me out and help me accomplish my dream since I was a kid of getting one of my maps into Counter-Strike. To do -Final lighting pass throughout map -Removal of Valve's graffiti, and introduction of my own commissioned graffiti (I'll pay you in Bitcoin to make me some great graffiti for the map) -Finalize the bot nav (Works decently right now) -A few zones need an art pass, it's already underway -One particular section in mid needs to be optimized, I seem to have broke a hint brush in the last release (Not a big deal unless you are on a very slow PC) -Perfect CT and T timings -Clip a bit more stuff -Take really badass screenshots in SFM -Final radar minimap art
I like what you've got going for the exterior lighting right now, great colors.
You seem very special onebit, I'll go through those screenshots today and correct the issues. A lot of these problems are caused by me making sweeping changes too quickly, and a lot of them are from art just not being finished like the ending world. Thanks for taking the time to upload so many screenshots.
