Dude it's really easy, download bspsource [url]https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/BSPSource[/url]
And simply add your .bsp to the program and click the decompile button
Install GCFScape.
After you install GCFScape, go to File >> Open
For Half-Life 2 maps, open \steamapps\common\half-life 2\hl2\hl2_misc_dir.vpk
Browse the directory until you find a \maps\ folder
Right-click on the BSP file you want, then click Extract or drag the file from the GCF into a folder
The latest decompiler for source maps is [URL="https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/BSPSource"] BSPSource[/URL], a VMEX-based map decompiler for the Source engine. It converts BSP format files back into VMF format maps that can be loaded into Hammer. when i download it and right click there isnt option to extract

Just drag it onto your desktop if you've downloaded it, it's a rar file, so just open it from the desktop
